I had lunch last year and call them before I went there. They said there is no attire, so I just went there in jeans, but... I felt kinda uncomfortable. Atmosphere is too classy, so maybe wearing business casual is better, at least.

You have to call the restaurant. They do have wedding parties, however the date is going to be popular weekend.
